I have been having trouble with the Louisville Metro Police Department for several years now regarding the filing and investigation of a criminal complaint. On top of that problem, I live in Michigan and don’t have the money to hire a lawyer in Kentucky. I am now trying to file a complaint against the detective who basically didn’t do the investigation and need to know what facts need to be met for an obstruction of justice charge in Kentucky and how do I compel action. Can anyone help?
